Lea Michele, Harper's Bazaar and Out of her L.A Home

Lea Michele was spotted stepping out of her Los Angeles, CA home earlier this afternoon (August 4).

She was the September 2011 cover girl of Harper's Bazaar magazine. Among the topics of conversation were the crude comments in which she faced while persuing a career in show business.

She reminisced of the not-so-joyous times, "How many managers told me, ‘Get a nose job. You’re not pretty enough’? But I proved them wrong. I’m five foot three. I don’t look like a lot of other people, you know what I mean? I look like I’m 12.”
