, and it seems that lost some weight.

She shared some time ago : ‘I like the way I look. I’m miserable when I’m dieting. I think it’s really important for girls to have people to look up to and feel good about themselves, but I’m just so sick of these young girls with diets.’

'I went home and told my mum, "Nobody's eating bread - I just had to finish everyone's burgers."'
‘It was just training, training, training. There was a lot of running. I’ve asked that the second movie have us walk in some scenes!’ ‘I hate saying, 'I like exercising.' I want to punch people who say that in the face’ she admits.

‘But it’s nice being in shape for a movie, because they basically do it all for you. It's like, 'Here's your trainer. This is what you can eat.'’

Nina Dobrev spoke recently with Seventeen Fitness and shared:

"I do a lot of yoga. I practice yoga three or four times a week. It’s an escape for me. People who are confident, happy, enthusiastic, vivacious and vibrant are the ones other people are generally attracted to. You’re drawn to those kinds of people—you’re not drawn to the person in the corner of the room counting calories with her shoulders slumped over."

"I’ve reached a point where I’m comfortable in my own skin, and I do what I need to do, to feel good, but I’m built the way I am. The dancer’s feet, the bruises on my legs, they’re not going to go away. I think real girls have bruises. Tough chicks get bruised. They get dirty. And they have fun. It’s just a part of life!"

I’d like to have no rules and eat what I want but I’ve learned over the years that I’m so disappointed when I can’t wear the clothes I want to. And if I let myself down and go onstage when I’m not looking my best, it’s not fun for me – I just beat myself up about it.”

On her Oscar preparations: “Fifteen minutes before, the guy doing my hair goes, ‘If you can get a salad, get a salad…I said, ‘I’m getting a Philly cheesesteak.’ I’m sure there’s proof on a hotel bill somewhere.”
